In general

Never sign for or accept any delivery from CIC POWERBOX if there is any visible damage to your product.

Upon delivery and in the presence of the delivery driver, please open and inspect your shipment. Should you discover any damage or loss, please take detailed digital photographs of the packaging and damage, refuse to accept the package, return the shipment with the carrier and immediately contact CIC POWERBOX by emailing info@cicpowerbox.com.au

Failure to refuse delivery and return a damaged shipment with the freight carrier may result in the buyer accepting responsibility for the loss or damage to the product.

If a damaged shipment is accepted, please take detailed digital photographs of the damage to both the packaging and product and immediately contact CIC POWERBOX by emailing info@cicpowerbox.com.au. The damage claim must be initiated within 5 business days of the delivery date. Please note that all shipping and delivery times are estimated. After your order has been shipped, please contact the freight carrier with your tracking number for further information on the status of your order.

CIC POWERBOX offers (dock-to-dock) shipping within Australia for eCommerce sales only. Other charges such as lift-gates, residential and limited access fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Shipment must include at least one style of CIC Powerbox™ to qualify for shipping discount. Any accessories ordered and shipped with a CIC Powerbox™ will automatically qualify for shipping discounts.
